McCain and Obama: Two Peas From the Same Pod!

Each day I am more and more convinced that there are very little, if any at all, differences between Obama and McCain.

From life to guns to taxes to the role of government, they seem very similar.  They both support the same end — bigger, more intrusive government — but only differ in their means to which they want to achieve their end.

For instance, a recent headline reads, “Obama unveils clapdown on oil speculators.”  But McCain said the same thing: “I believe there needs to be a thorough and complete investigation of speculators to find out whether speculation has been going on and, if so, how much it has affected the price of a barrel of oil. There’s a lot of things out there that need a lot more transparency and, consequently, oversight.”

Not much difference, huh.

And don’t forget that it was the Communist Lenin who wanted speculators to be “shot on the spot.”

  2. Sorry but you’re a bit misguided. There are big differences between them. Your comments reflect a narrow view. The reason that The two candidates (and Lenin) hold a similar view on specuators is because it’s common sense. I
